Create an Endowment
When a donor creates an endowed fund, future generations will benefit from their commitment and generosity. Endowments provide assets that are held in perpetuity, the payout of which creates a steady stream of income to fund those purposes chosen by the donor.
Each year, in accordance with its payout policy, the UNM Foundation distributes income from endowments. Endowed funds may support student scholarships, faculty, the general needs of the University or any school, college, or program within the University.
